Hotel Toplice - Terme Catez - Catez ob Savi

We had a great family holiday thanks to this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the pools and the sports centre where we enjoyed playing bowling and badminton. We particularly liked the Thai massage centre and the playroom next to the restaurant which allowed us to dine while the children played. The location right in the main thermal riviera of Čatež ob Savi was perfect for us to explore the nearby villages and farms.

This hotel had an abundance of things to do, including indoor and outdoor swimming options, excursions, and a playroom for children. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. the rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of towels and toiletries.

The restaurant service was a bit lackluster, and there were not many options for toast-making during breakfast. the WiFi signal was not very strong, making it difficult to connect in certain areas of the hotel.

Our budget stay was focused on exploring the main thermal riviera. We enjoyed being close to a large water park with plenty of slides. Our apartment room was spacious but poorly maintained. the bathroom tiles were cracked, and the shower was clogged. the food was average and the staff not very helpful. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options, but quality was average. the pools and indoor spa were decent, but needed better upkeep.

The restaurant served delicious food, and we especially enjoyed the special diet menus. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, exceeding our expectations.
